Launch Annoucment- Agile AI Playbook

Agile AI Playbook — add intelligence to your workflow, not overhead.

Today I’m releasing SprintWorthy: Agile AI Playbook — a set of human-curated, copy-ready prompts that plug into existing Agile practices so AI becomes a quiet accelerator, not a distraction. This is not just a prompt library; it’s a lightweight framework that helps teams decide where AI fits, what to ask, and how to run it inside the rituals you already use.

Why this matters

Teams don’t need more “AI magic.” They need a starting point that fits current workflows. Good prompts work best with the right context and quality data inputs. SprintWorthy focuses on practical outcomes over tool hype: better planning, faster unblocking, clearer retros — without asking your team to switch tools or adopt a new methodology.

What’s inside (early release)

  • Lightweight Scrum playbook which chains prompts into practical flows
(Kanban, SAFe, and other variants coming).

  • Human-curated prompts, organized by practice area and tool, continually improved with community input.

  • Copy-ready language plus “where to paste” guidance for Jira, Notion, Confluence, Google Docs, and more.

  • Quality criteria for AI output so you know if your tool actually hits the 🎯.

How it works

  1. Pick a practice (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Retrospective).

  2. Copy the prompt and paste it into your preferred tool (Jira, Notion, Confluence, etc.).

  3. Add context/data (backlog slice, goals, blockers, metrics).

  4. Review with the team using the built-in success criteria—keep what helps, discard what doesn’t.

  5. Chain steps with the Playbook to move from planning → execution → review smoothly.

Tool-agnostic, outcome-first. Use any AI tool stack. Each prompt notes where it tends to work best, but the value is in the intent, not the logo.

Who it’s for

  • Scrum Masters / Delivery Leads who want cleaner standups, tighter planning, and better follow-through.

  • Product Managers who need crisp goals, clearer priorities, and faster feedback loops.

  • Teams exploring AI who prefer practical, low-friction ways to add value without changing process.
